摘    要:本文根据热力学原理导出了电热原子化过程中石墨管内气相成分的计算公式,并计算了不同Ar气纯度时的气相成分。

Abstract:In this paper, calcultation formulas have been proposed for determining composition of gaseous phases inside the graphite tube during electro - thermal atomization process, and cumulations have been done for the gases with different purities of Ar.
