| 摘 要： | 中共八大以后,刘少奇为给困顿的经济生活注入活力,进行了深刻反思,提出了"堵漏洞"理论。他认为社会主义经济存在漏洞,它的计划性必须和灵活性、多样性相结合。而资产阶级"堵漏洞"是好事,自由市场是国家市场必要的有益的补充。通过发展多种所有制,通过竞争,促进社会主义经济建设。

| Abstract: | After the Eight National Congress of CPC,Liu Shaoqi put forward the Leakage-Stopping Theory which brings vitality into economic life.He thinks there are some leakages in socialist economy system, which requires the combination of plan and flexibility and diversity.Free market is a beneficial supplement to national market. Multiple systems of ownership and competition can promote socialist economic construction. |
