从多元文化的视角看待“新词汇”

语言文字是人类用于交际和思维的最为重要的符号体系，是文化的重要组成部分，同时又是最为重要的文化载体。在全球化、信息化、现代化的浪潮中，人类在文化上正在趋同，而个人却越来越追求个性。由此而导致语言，这个原先相对稳定和有较清晰语法规范的系统开始开放、多元、复杂和多变起来。针对教育部和中国语委在2007年8月公布的“2006年中国语言生活状况报告”，社会各界人士议论纷纷，反映不一。如何科学看待和妥善处理这些新的语言现象，多元文化思潮也许可为我们提供一种新的视角。

A Research on New Words from the Perspective of Multi-culture

Language and words are the most important signal system used by people to communicate and think. It is also a very important part of culture, as well as an important carrier for culture. In the fide of globalization, informatization, and modernization, people are going to be alike in the culture, while individuals are pursuing individuation. It causes language more and more open, diverse, complicated and changeable. The society has various responses to “the report of Chinese language life condition in 2006” announced by Ministry of Education and State Committee of Language in August 2007. Perhaps multi-cultural thoughts can provide a new perspective of dealing with these new linguistic phenomena appropriately.
