| 摘 要： | 行政精神是指一个国家鼓励和倡导的,要求政府组织及其工作人员在实施公共行政管理中表现出的某些良好的心理状态和精神风貌。现代行政精神直接关系到政府形象,也直接体现党的执政能力和水平。现代行政精神是由市场经济决定的,是市场经济的必然立场。树立现代行政精神需要转变陈旧的行政观念,确立现代的行政管理理论,重视社会目的和行政管理的民主化。培养现代行政精神是全面建设小康社会的当务之急。

| Abstract: | Administration spirit refers to the mental state and mental outlook,which a state encourages and initiates,and which a state asks the governmental organizations and the staff to show while carrying out public administration.Modern administration spirit has something direct with the government image and the Party's ruling ability and level.Modern administration is decided by market-oriented economy and is an inexorable stand of market-oriented economy.Fostering modern administration spirit should change old administration standpoint,acquire modern administration theory,pay much attention to the democracy of administration.Fostering modern administration spirit is an urgent task to build a comfortable-off society in an all-round way. |
