地方本科院校教师教学效果评价及其影响因素

摘    要:教师教学效果评价是教学管理的重要环节,客观的教师教学效果评价需要科学的问卷调查。SEEQ是欧美广泛应用的教学效果评价问卷之一。改进的SEEQ问卷在地方本科院校具有良好的适应性,教师职称、学历以及课程性质等背景因素对评价结果略有影响。

Abstract:Evaluations of teaching effectiveness is an important part of the teaching management,and the objective evaluation of teaching effectiveness usually depends on scientific questionnaire.SEEQ is one of questionnaires of evaluation of teaching effectiveness used widely in European countries and USA.The revised version of SEEQ questionnaire is appropriate for evaluations of teaching effectiveness in local colleges in China.The teacher’s professional title and education background will slightly effects the results of the evaluation as well as the course being evaluated.
