| Abstract: | The reforms in the new curriculum are taking place all over the courtry.In order to train the qualified personnel developing in an all- round way,teachers should first of all develop themselves in full scale.Therefore a teacher should make good preparations for class teaching in theoretical accomplishment, individual character and teaching and research ability.We should also think over the philosophical thoughts reflected by these preparations. |
