| 摘 要： | 大学生的行为受自我动力和超我动力驱动。自我动力与超我动力的平衡关系,决定了大学生行为的指向和强度。分析了大学生自我与超我动力的构成及其变化,自我与超我动力的影响因素及其特点,解释了大学生的心理动力结构,提出了有效的行为动力引导策略。

| Abstract: | Collegian's behavior is driven by two systems of motive power, one is the motive power of ego and the other is that of superego. The balance between these two motive powers decides the orientation and intensity of collegian's behavior. To build up the valid management mode, in this paper, the structure and the change of collegian's ego motive power and superego motive power are analyzed systematically; the influence factors are anatomized deeply. At meantime, the essential of collegian psychological motive mechanism is clarified. |
