| 摘 要： | 采用文献和问卷调查等方法，对粤北山区中小学课余训练现状进行了调查研究，针对存在的问题，应采取的基本对策是：课外活动与课余训练应协调发展，创造良好的课余训练条件，加强目标管理，建立一条龙训练体系。

| Abstract: | By adopting the method of analyzing document and data, and the questionnaire,this paper studies the present situation of the after-class physical training in the primary and middle schools in the northern of the areas of Guangdong.The basic countermeasures towards the existing problems should be: extracurricular activities and after-class physical training should develop coordinately,create good conditions for after-class physical training,enhance the target management and establish a set of training system. |
