孔子的养生思想研究

摘    要:以古文献为依据,剖析了孔子的养生思想。重视身体锻炼,体魄健壮是孔子养生思想的物质基础;胸怀宽阔,豁达乐观是孔子养生思想的精神支柱;起居有常,饮食有节是孔子养生思想的重要内容;修身养心,仁寿相兼是孔子养生思想的真谛。

Abstract:According to ancient documents, the author analyzes Confucius' thoughts of keeping fit. Attention to practicing and exercises, thus keeping a strong physical status is the material basis of his thoughts of keeping fit; optimism and tolerance is the spiritual basis; keeping a moderate diet and sleep habit is the essence; Balancing physical and spiritual health and charity is the core.
