摘    要:现代企业管理是以人为中心的管理,人力资源管理水平如何,将直接决定着企业的兴衰存亡。饭店作为劳动密集型企业,尤为如此。因此,如何有效利用和开发人力资源,调动员工的积极性就成为现代饭店人力资源管理的重要课题。借鉴西方组织行为学内容型激励理论,可以更好地增强员工的工作责任感,激发员工的工作热情,促进员工努力工作的行为,提高饭店人力资源管理水平。

Abstract:Modern enterprises management is people-centered. The quality of human resources management will directly decide the rise and fall or the life and death of enterprises. It is just the same to that of hotels as labor-intensive enterprises. How to make good use of and development of human resources and how to stimulate the initiative of employees have become important problems to tackle. Making use of the content-based incentive theory from western organizational ethology may strengthen the sense of responsibility of its employees and simulate the enthusiasm of its employees to promote them to work hard and improve the quality of the hotel human resources management.
