As the most important balance strength of modern social contradiction and the main carrying persons of public culture,the middle class are given high hopes to contribute to the construction of publicity in modern city.But in the background of urbanization,suburbanization and the drastic change of social space,the middle class become closed,as a result,the role of public culture carrying persons also fade,which give a negative impact on the construction of city publicity.
