构建高职院校突发事件应急管理机制探究

近年来,随着社会经济的发展和高职院校大范围扩招,高职院校在面临难得的发展机遇同时也遇到很多挑战,作为当今社会的重要组织,高职院校是大学生受教育的重要场所之一,除具有一般高校的共性之外还有很多自身的特性,突发事件的发生,不仅影响高职院校的和谐稳定,而且常常会波及社会,影响社会的稳定和谐;因此,高职院校突发事件应急处置管理,愈来愈受到社会的关注,相关的研究和建设应对机制也愈显迫切。

To Bulid Emergency Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Recently,with the development of social economy and a wide range of college expansion,the higher vocational colleges are facing more and more opportunities but also challenges.As an important part of our modern society,higher vocational colleges are important places for students to receive education and have the common features of other schools,as well as,its own traits.Emergency that happened in colleges not only influence their stability and harmony,but also have a negative effect on the society.Therefore,how to prevent and deal with all these emergent problems has aroused much concern,and it is urgent to investigate this problem and establish the relevant mechanism.
