| 摘 要： | 承揽工程项目财务风险主要包括项目投标决策阶段的财务风险、项目施工过程的财务风险、项目竣工过程的财务风险。正确把握工程各阶段可能出现的财务风险，制定有针对性的风险控制防范措施，可达到有效控制风险，提高经济效益的目的。
