Abstract:Abstract: This article with the in - depth analysis of knowledge, intelligence, ability, and learning. During the study it is neccssary to optimize the knowledge structure and also to optimize the structure of intclligcnce, the structure of capacity; and we should not only to attach importance to the dissemination of knowledge, but also to strengthen intellectual development, capacity - building, learning to learn, learning development. And to build life - long learning to promote the knowledge, intelligence, ability to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development model (KIAL coordinated development model).
