顺应中国加入WTO 依法规范劳动市场秩序

现行《劳动法》颁布实施至今，损害民工的经济利益，甚至导致人身伤害的事件仍然十分突出。依法保护劳动者合法权益，维护正常的劳动用工秩序，是我国社会主义法制建设的重要内容和重要任务。本文以案说法，从法制建设的角度探讨了面对中国加入WTO后如何借助当前正在开展的整顿和规范市场经济秩序活动契机，依法整顿和规范我国的劳动市场秩序，努力建设符合市场经济规律及WTO规则要求的公正、规范的劳动市场秩序。

Going with the stream of WTO, standardizing the national labor market

There are obviously many issues that continue to harm the interests of peasant workers, even causing personal injury and insult, since the Labor Law has been publicized and implemented. China is a socialist state and it is an important task to build a legally advanced socialist society. Each laborer's legitimate rights and interests must be protected,and a properemployment order according to law must be maintained. This passage will present the law using actual cases. We will discuss, in light of China's historic admission to the WTO, how we can rectify and standardize our labor market order by undertaking relevant activities according to the law. Also discussed will be how we can strive to build up fair, standard, and well-organized labor market regulations in accordance with the laws of market-diredted economics and the rules of the WTO.
