高校图书馆核心竞争力建设的研究

首先解析了图书馆核心竞争力的内涵和外延,并以国家社会科学基金项目＂图书馆核心竞争力研究＂调研数据为依据,分析了高校图书馆的优势资源及其核心竞争力建设状况,从图书馆特色资源最大化利用、核心竞争力的内在能量建设和基于用户价值网的图书馆价值再创等方面,提出了基于竞争要素的高校图书馆核心竞争力建设的思路。

Research on the Construction of University Library Core Competence

This paper firstly analyzes the connotation and extension of library core competence.Taking the survey data of the National Social Science Fund Project "Research on Core Competence of Library" as the basis,the paper then analyzes the construction of the advantageous resources and core competence of the university library,and proposes the ideas of the construction of the university library core competence based on competitive elements from the following aspects: maximum use of library characteristic resources,construction of core competence’s inherent energy,and re-creation of library value based on user value network.
