美国教师教育体制新探

摘    要:美国教师教育体制在长期的发展过程中表现出了以严格而又灵活的教师资格准入制度、"方案批准"为纽带的教师质量提高机制以及有机联动的一体化培养模式等特征,这对于我国探索本科和硕士有机结合的教师教育体制、研究性实习机制以及教师质量保障体系有很大的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In the course of long-term development,the system of American teacher education displays some characteristics in the strict and flexible approval systems of qualifications for teachers,the improvement systems in teacher quality closely linked to "program approval" and the organic and integral mode of cultivation.Our country will greatly benefit from American experiences while probing into the systems such as the system of teacher education of the organic integration of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees,the system of practice teaching combined with teaching research and the guarantee system of teacher quality.
