武夷岩茶茶多酚的体外抗氧化作用

摘    要:用不同剂量的武夷岩茶茶多酚抑制邻苯三酚自氧化速率,测定茶多酚体外清除超氧阴离子自由基的作用,并与Vc进行比较。结果:Vc(1mg/inl)O.1rrd和0.2ml对邻苯三酚自氧化的抑制率分别达到69.91±10.82(%)和93.59±1.73(%);0.2ml剂量的作用显著高于0.1ml(均P〈0.01)。茶多酚(1mg/ml)0.1、0.2、0.3rid对邻苯三酚自氧化的抑制率分别达到23.94±4.06(%)、34.81±3.59(%)、47.42±2.30(%),剂量增加,抑制作用也显著增加(均P〈0.01和0.05)。说明茶多酚具有显著的体外清除超氧阴离子自由基、抗氧化的作用,但其作用不及Vc。

Abstract:The speed of autoxidation of pyrogallol was suppressed by different doses of Wuyi rock tea-polyphenls, the article researches the removing function of tea-polyphenls superoxide anion readical, compared with Vc. The results are shown as follows:the suppression rates of 0.1ml and 0.2ml of Ve (lmg/ml)went up by 69.91±10.82 (%)and 93.59±1.73 (%)respectively,the function of 0.2ml dose was marked higher than that of 0.1ml dose (all P〈0.01 ).The suppression rates of 0.1ml,0.2ml,0.3ml of tea-polypheuls were up to 23.94±4.06 (%) ,34.81±3.59 (%),47.42±2.30(% )respectively ,their results were different in dose group (all P〈0.01 and 0.05).The results show that the tea-polyphenls have remarkable function of removing superoxide anion readieal in vitro,but weaker than that of Ve.
