精准扶贫背景下农村公共体育服务供给侧改革路径分析

公共体育服务的供给水平关乎人民生活幸福获得感与对美好生活的需求满足,提高供给利用率,满足不同地区间差异化的体育需求是农村公共体育服务亟待解决的问题。本文采用文献资料法,运用"精准扶贫"的精准执行逻辑,通过制度精准,文化输出精准,供给主体精准3个方面落实农村公共体育服务供给侧改革,逐步建立以农民需求为导向的农村公共体育服务精准供给体系,为农村公共体育服务的供给侧改革打开全新视角。研究认为构建农村公共体育服务精准供给体系可以缩小农村公共体育服务供给水平与农村经济发展之间的差距,提高供给效率和供给质量,逐渐扭转农村公共体育服务供给的弱势地位。

Path Analysis of Rural Public Sports Service Supply-Side Reform under Targeted Poverty Alleviation

The supply level of public sports service is related to people's sense of happiness and satisfaction with the demand for a better life. It is an urgent problem to be solved in rural public sports service to improve the utilization rate of supply and meet the differentiated sports demand among different regions. By using the method of literature and using the precise execution logic of "targeted poverty alleviation", this paper implements the supply-side reform of rural public sports service through 3 aspects, precise system, precise cultural output and precise supplier, and gradually establishes a targeted supply system of rural public sports service oriented by farmers' demand, which opens up a new perspective. The research shows that the construction of targeted supply system of rural public sports service can narrow the gap between the supply level of rural public sports service and rural economic development, improve the supply efficiency and quality, and gradually reverse the weak position of it.
