| Abstract: | By means of literature analysis and interviews, the development status of competitive swimming in Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province is understood, and the comparative analysis finds that Jiangsu competitive swimmers' participation opportunities, coaches' teaching experience, incentive policies, athletes' selection and other shortcomings, and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions. |
