| 摘 要： | 教师的职责不仅仅在于传授知识,还在于教育学生如何做人。班主任是教师群体中闪闪发亮的烛火,班主任工作是学校教学工作的重中之重,班主任工作有苦也有乐。文章结合班主任工作实践,对班主任工作的苦与乐进行探讨,进一步论述班主任工作的重要性。

| Abstract: | The duty of a teacher is not only to impart knowledge, but also to teach students how to behave. The teacher in charge of a class is a shining candle in the group of teachers. The work of a teacher in charge of a class is the most important part of the teaching work of a school. The work of a teacher in charge of a class has both pain and pleasure. Based on the work practice of the head teacher, this paper discusses the bitterness and happiness of the work of the head teacher,and further discusses the importance of the work of the head teacher. |
