《孽海花》:对古老民族的文化批判与反思

由于作者的递更,《孽海花》由金松岑笔下的政治小说变为曾朴探索历史发展规律、批判与反思民族传统文化的历史小说。小说以赛金花为原型塑造了名妓傅彩云的形象,以洪文卿为原型塑造了状元金雯青的形象。透过傅彩云一生的历史,考察中国三十年“文化的推移”、“政治的变动”。以傅彩云的形象作为映衬,审视那个时代道德文章典范的状元金雯青,并通过傅彩云和金雯青的故事为主线,串起旧学名流与新学时代两个世界,把民族丈化置于新的时代之中,从道德与文章——实际上是教育——两个角度,通过对新学时代旧学人物的批判实现作者对传统文化、民族性格的反思与批判。

Cultural Criticism and Reflections on An Ancient Nation Exploratory Argumentation about Nie Hai Hua

As a result from the alteration of the authors, Nie Hai Hua has undergone a change from a political novel by Jin Songcen to a historical novel by Zengpu, probing the regular pattern of history development, criticizing and reflecting the traditional culture of the nation. The novel portrays a famous prostitute Fu Caiyun based on a real character called Sai Jinhua, and also portrays a Number One Scholar (title conferred on the one who came first in the highest imperial examination), Jin Wenqin, based on a real character called Hong Wenqin. The novel sees through Fu Caiyun's lifetime experience to investigate "elapse of culture" and "alteration of politics" for 30 years in China...
