| 摘 要： | 2008年3月22日，国民党参选人马英九以高达765．8万票、58．45％的得票率当选为新一届台湾地区领导人。国民党事隔8年后再次执政，证明了陈水扁等人搞台独分裂活动是不得民心的。此次胜选的原因除了国民党的选战策略符合台湾主流民意之外，与民进党当局的贪腐无能和马英九的个人魅力也是分不开的。国民党重新执政是两岸结束敌对状态的开始，短期内有望实现两岸经贸关系大幅改善，但政治和解空间有限，当务之急是建立两岸互信。

| Abstract: | On March22,2008,KMT candidate Ma Yingjou won the election as high as 7.658 million votes,58.45 percent and became the new leader of the Taiwan region.KMT rules Taiwan again after eight years,which proves that the Separatist activity that Chert Shuibian has promoted is not popular.Then why KMT can win this election?
