| 摘 要： | 太极拳历史悠久,在世界各地广为流传,深受世界各地人们的喜爱,不仅因为它具有很好的医疗健身作用,还在于它具有独特的内在美。文章通过对太极拳的意气之美、神韵之美、精神之美、套路之美、运动之美、身体之美、节奏之美等七个方面来探究其审美价值,使人们了解太极拳美的各种元素,引导人们从美的角度认识和了解太极拳,从而使更多的人参与到练习队伍中来。
