| 摘 要： | 技术转移已成为我们经济社会生活中的重要内容,有关技术转移的理论认识关系到新经济思维模式的定位与走向。实际上,传统意义上的技术转移在上世纪末就已发生逆转,一个系统、动态、双赢的技术游戏法则决定了技术转移的全新内涵,进而表明,无论是概念诠释,还是基于数理逻辑的内容构建,一场技术转移的时代真正来临了。

| Abstract: | Transfer technology has become a important part in economy society now. The theory on it is effecting the place & tendence of thought model on new economy. Actually, the old model of thansfer technology changed at the end of 20th century and the law of systemic, moving & bi-win technology game decides its new contents. The fact shows, on explaining conceptions or construing on science logic, a era of transfer technology comes truly. |
