| 摘 要： | 基础教育在我国的教育体系中具有举足轻重的地位,中小学教师是我国教师队伍中很庞大的一支队伍,随着我国教育现代化进程的不断推进,对中小学教师提出了相应的能力素质要求,掌握现代教育技术是中小学教师能力结构中一个很重要的成份,本文主要阐述了中小学教师现代教育技术素养要求的几个方面。

| Abstract: | Elementary education occupies a pivotal position in the educational system of China,and middle school teachers also primary school teachers have formed a dicisive force in our educational profession.However,with the constant impetus of the modernization of educational technology,further attainments are required of these teachers accordingly.Moreover,the mastery of modern educational technology is a vital part for these teachers,so this paper mainly talks about some aspects of the requirements. |
