| 摘 要： | 高职机电专业“订单式”人才培养模式是从学生就业和企业需求两方面着手,实现校企合作办学,是职业教育发展的必由之路。根据“订单式”培养的经验,总结了“订单式”人才培养的组织与实施方案。这种模式具有人才培养的针对性和实用性等特点和优势,是保证人才培养适销对路的有效措施。
