| 摘 要： | 从信息获取和沟通的角度分析了医患矛盾产生的根源，在调研国外医院图书馆开展患者服务的基础上，论证了医学图书馆创新性地将学科服务应用于患者信息服务、改善医患关系的意义及可行性，并对工作的具体开展提出了建议。
