地方高校学前教育专业与社区学前教育协同发展的初步探索

摘    要:地方高校学前教育专业与社区学前教育协同发展是促进我国学前教育发展的一条重要途径。二者的协同发展有利于促进高校学前教育专业本身的发展,有利于促进学习型社区的建设,有利于提高人口素质。针对目前二者互动发展存在管理与认识错位、缺少交流平台和长效机制等障碍,要转变观念并采取开发特色课程、建立资源共享平台和长效保障机制等措施。

Abstract:Synergetic development of preschool education specialty of a local university and community preschool education is a most important way to promote preschool education development, which contributes to preschool education specialty in a university, and construction of a learning community and improvement of population quality. Aimed at the obstacles of management, lack of communication platform and long term mechanism, the paper explores the measures including transforming ideas, developing characteristic curriculum,establishing resource sharing platform and long-term mechanism.
