摘    要:为了进一步提高火龙果扦插的生根率和成活率,选择确定最好的基质进行扦插,为农业化大规模生产、增收提供依据。方法:采用调查法及以蜜宝火龙果为试验材料,采用红壤、河沙、红壤河沙混合3种不同基质,使用植物生长调节剂进行扦插试验。结果表明,以红壤河沙混合为基质进行扦插最好;NAA浓度达到200 mg/L、生根粉浓度达到400mg/L时有促进生根的作用。人工授粉能增加蜜宝火龙果产量。

Abstract:Purpose: to select the best matrix for cutting propagation to improve the cutting rooting rate and survival rate of“Honey” Dragon fruit so as to provide basis for the large-scale agriculture production and lay foundation for the majority farmers' income, Meth- od: cutting propagation of“Honey” Dragon fruit in three different matrix (soil, sang, and mixture of soil and sang) with two kinds of plant growth regulators is tested to see the best concentration and best growth hormone. Results show that the mixed matrix is best to cut- ting propagation; NAA 200 mg/L and 400mg/L ABT significantly promote the rooting rate. Besides, artificial pollination on the“Honey” Dragon fruit greatly improves its production.
