| 摘 要： | 衡阳市中心城区历史发展受到政治因素的深刻影响,政权机构中心迁移导致城市的兴衰。衡阳市中心城区在历史发展过程中,不同阶段担负着不同的职能,有不同的动力支撑。在清朝末期,衡阳市中心城区空间格局已基本定型。在推进新型城镇化背景下,衡阳市要认真思考城市功能定位、城市空间布局、城市化质量提升三个重大问题。

| Abstract: | The historical development of the central city region of Hengyang city were deeply influenced by political factors. The migration of Government agencies led to the rise and fall of the city. The central city region of Hengyang city in the process of historical development, different stages have different functions, have different power to support. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Hengyang city center city space pattern has been basically finalized. In the context of promoting new-type urbanization, Hengyang city should seriously consider three major problems , urban functional orientation, urban space layout, and improve the quality of urbanization. |
