服装制造商评核模型的构建与分析

摘    要:本文采用AHP层次法对各项服装企业指标进行测评与分析,以系统图法构建一套跨国服装买家下单评核模型,得出各指标占比分相对合理的评核表方案,目的在于下单前对服装制造商进行系统的评估,全面了解其对订单处理的综合能力,对跨国服装买家下单操作具有实质性指导意义。

Abstract:This paper evaluates and analyzes indexes from enterprises in clothing industry by AHP method, builds an assessment model for the ordering of international fashion buyers, and makes an assessment table with relatively reasonable index scores. The purpose is to help buyers systematically evaluate clothing manufacturers before placing an order and understand their comprehensive order pro- cessing ability. Therefore it has substantial significance in guiding international fashion buyers for ordering operations.
