论国有企业人才激励

摘    要:人才资源开发缓慢、滞后以及利用效率低下一直是国有企业普遍存在的一个通病,严重影响了制约了企业的发展。这主要是由于很多国有企业 始终没有解决好人才激励的问题。本简述了人才激励的重要作用,分析了国有企业人才激励中的困难和问题,并从研究人力资源开发与管理的理论和方法入手,着重探讨了国有企业人才激励的原则、机制和方式,为加强企业人力资源的开发与管理,充分调动人才的积极性与创造性,增强企业的凝聚力与竞争力提供了理论依据、决策支持和应用价值。

Abstract:It is a common problem in the state-owned enterprises that the resource of talented persons is developed laggingly and slowly and is not fully made use of, resulting in ill effects on and limitation to development of the enterprises. The main cause is that quite a few state-owned enterprises have not so far had a solution to encouraging talented persons. This paper describes the importance of talent encouraging, analyses the difficulties involved, and focuses on the principle, mechanism and mode to encourage talents in state-owned enterprises with the purpose of providing theoretical evidences and applicable value and decision-making supportfor the enterprises to strengthen their development and management of talent resources, fully arouse the talents' enthusiasm and initiative and enhance the coherence and competitive ability.
