摘    要:社会规范是化的重要内容之一,分为风俗习惯、道德规范、法律规范和宗教规范。不同化的社会规范存在着差异,它们是跨化交际中引起误会和冲突的重要因素。了解中西社会规范差异是培养跨化交际能力的重要一环。要培养学生的跨化交际能力,需要从课程设置、教材改革、教师、学生等几方面入手,需要教育行政机关、教材编写出版部门、外语教师、跨化交际研究工作的通力配合和密切协作。

Abstract:Social norms, which are one of the important contents of culture, are divided into customs and habits, moral norms, legal norms and religious norms. Social norms from different cultures are different, and are the main factors that result in misunderstanding and conflicts in intercultural communication. It is the key to the development of the students' intercultural communication competence to understand and master the difference in social norms between western and eastern cultures. To improve the students' intercultural communication competence, we should take measures in terms of curriculum, textbook, teachers and students.
