《普通话水平测试实施纲要》朗读作品中的语言不规范问题

摘    要:《普通话水平测试实施纲要》中的朗读作品理应在语言应用方面起到规范和表率作用。如果原作品在此方面存在不规范的问题, 那么编委可以而且应该予以修改, 使之规范。然而, 《纲要》朗读作品中语言不规范甚至有语病的问题, 还是屡见不鲜。有些问题, 是不能以“省略”或“用语求简”来掩饰的。省略, 不能导致成分残缺; 用语求简, 也不能不讲语法和逻辑。这些问题如不解决, 将对读者造成一定的不良影响。

Abstract:The recital works in The Outline That Common Speech Level Test Puts Into Practice should produce the norm and example in the aspect of modern Chinese language application.If the original works are irregular in language,editors can and should modify them,making them conform to the norm.However,these works in Outline still contain many language problems.Some problems can't be covered up with" abridge" or" simplification".Abridge shouldn't cause the composition incomplete.Simplification shouldn't neglect the phrasing rule and the logic regulation.If we do not solve these problems,they may bring bad influence to some readers.
