中国西南地区大规模水坝建设的生态人类学综合评估

摘要：20世纪中后期以来，随着全球能源供应的日趋短缺，全球大多数国家都尽可能大规模修建高水头的水坝，以便为工业发展提供廉价的电力能源，填补能源供给的空缺。更由于追求工业文明，追求短期的经济效益，掌控世界话语霸权，以至于对当前大规模水坝建设的评估一直单方面取决于经济效益，而很少涉及社会效益和文化效益这样的评估体系，明显具有片面性，因此，生态人类学坚持水坝在非建不可的前提下，必须兼顾生态效益、社会效益和文化效益，必须坚持综合评估，不容许唯利是图，将经济利益绝对化。
