| 摘 要： | 大学班级管理的好坏,直接影响大学生正确价值观的形成和发展,同时也决定学校教育活动的成功与否。文章围绕如何将企业中的人才测评技术应用到大学班干部选拔中,使大学班干部选拔工作更科学化、合理化来展开,结合当前高校班级管理工作实际,利用模糊数学知识,探究大学班干部评定和选拔方法。

| Abstract: | The class administration in colleges directly affects the formation development of students' value outlook,and determines on whether the educational actions achieve success.The paper tries to introduce the talent appraisal technique,to promote the cadres selecting action tobe further scientific and rational.Combining with current reality for class administration,and applying the fuzzy mathematics knowledge,we study the class cadres appraisal and selecting method. |
