| 摘 要： | 党校是党委领导下培养轮训党员领导干部和理论干部的主渠道、主阵地。随着时代的发展,党校教学出现了一些新情况、新变化、新问题,给党校教学工作提出新的、更高的任务和要求。本文就目前基层党校教学中存在的问题,从组织者、教师和学员三个角度提出自己的认识并相应地提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | Party school is the main channel to cultivate and train the Party＇s leading cadres in rotation under the leadership of the Party Committee. Along with the development of the era, there are some new situation, new changes, and new problems in the party school teaching, which put forward new and higher requirements for the party school teaching. The author, according to the current problems existing in the grass - roots party school teaching, from the viewpoints of organizers, the teachers and students, puts forward his own understanding and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions accordingly. |
