摘    要:跳跃运动中要重视专项的力量训练,在训练中制定有效的训练强度和负荷,就跳跃运动中力量的发展和机制进行综述,以科学地运用超等长力量和深跳训练,防止训练中过多的IIb肌纤维转变为IIa肌纤雏,并制定更合理的训练计划和原则,培养出更优秀的跳跃运动员.
