| 摘 要： | 在分析人才培养存在问题的基础上，结合地方高校具体情况，提出“一线工程师”人才培养模式．实践表明，新的人才培养模式提升学生的工程素质和创新实践能力，缩短就业适应期，为学生就业铺设了一条新路，提升了地方高校的竞争力．

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of existing problems in talent cultivation, this paper presents ＂first-line engineer＂ talent cultivation model, which takes into account of the specific circumstances of regional universities. Our experience shows that the new talent cultivation model improves engineering quality as well as creative and practical ability of students. Furthermore, it can shorten the occupation period of adaptation and open new career path to students. Clearly, this will make regional universities more competitive. |
