| 摘 要： | 社会保障制度是市场发展的产物,是现代社会的“安全网”,是构建和谐社会的重要基础。世界各国在社会保障制度类型的选择上各有不同,导致了财政责任的不同。本文拟就我国现阶段社会保障中财政责任问题进行探讨。
