| 摘 要： | 立党为公,执政为民是"三个代表"重要思想的本质。高举"三个代表"重要思想旗帜,必须保持与时俱进的精神状态,把发展作为第一要务,以最广大人民根本利益为出发点和落脚点,以改革的精神推进党的建设,深入开展反腐败斗争。
