螺杆式空压机散热效果改善实践

摘    要:针对东风水务公司吴家沟水厂螺杆式空压机温升过快散热不良,导致开机后半小时内停机现象。分析原因,结合现场,通过通风管开维修孔方便清洗散热片,调节散热风扇启动温度,通风管内加装挡板以达到针对性抽风,减少通风管旁路等方法,改善散热效果,解决了空压机频繁停机故障,保证了空压机正常运行,减少故障率。

Abstract:Aiming at the temperature rise too fast and poor heat dissipation of the screw air compressor in Wujiagou Water Works of Dongfeng Water Company, which causes the shutdown within half an hour after switch on, this paper analyzes the reason and the site situation, proposes the solution. We should open the maintenance hole through ventilation pipe to clean heat sink, adjust the cooling fan to change temperature, set baffle in ventilation tube to realize targeted convulsions, reduce ventilation pipe bypass and improve the heat dissipation effect, thus solve the frequent outages of air compressors to ensure the normal operation of air compressor and reduce its failure rate.
