校企合作背景下的高职院校思想政治教育研究

校企合作是高职院校在人才培养模式上的创新实践,其具有鲜明的自身特征和优势。目前,高职院校思想政治教育还存在着理念滞后、内容和形式缺乏创新等问题。基于此,加强高职院校思想政治教育应该从以下几个方面着手:创新思想政治教育的方法和手段,加强校企衔接,构建全员育人、全程育人的校企合作思想政治教育体系。

Reflections on the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Back -ground of School-enterprise Cooperation

College-enterprise cooperation is innovative practice in the personnel training mode of higher vocational colleges, it has its own characteristics and advantages. At present, such problems as lagging concept, lack of innovation in content and form exist in ideological and political education of higher vocational college. B ased on this, it should strengthen the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects： innovating ideological and political education methods and means, strengthening the link between school and enterprise, and building college-enterprise cooperation ideological and political education system of whole staff education and whole process education.
