| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the requirements of new situation for higher vocational students＇ employment, in the student employment guidance work, it must strengthen the ability construction of the relevant personnel, set up the new concept of employment guidance. At the same time, teachers must strengthen vocational guidance consciousness, improve professional qualification, perfect the content and update the means so as to promote students＇ vocational ability. |
