以实践为导向的职业资格培训课教法研究

摘    要:开展职业技能鉴定,推行职业资格准入制度,是落实我国的“科教兴国”战略的重要举措。很多职业院校都开设了相关的培训课程。在教学中,授课教师主要采用讲授法、案例法、研讨法等,这些教学方法较之传统理论教学法有很大的进步,但想要学生真正地了解岗位,掌握实践技能,适应职业劳动过程,就必然要做更多的改变。在此,结合我院职业资格培训课程的教学改革探讨以实践为导向的职业技能培训课程教学法在教学中的具体应用。

Abstract:Conducting professional skill appraisal and pursing professional qualification certificate system is an im portant action to carry out the strategy of revitalizing the nation through science and education. Many vocational colleges have offered the related training courses. In the teaching, the lecturing method, case method, and discussion method are mainly used. Compared with the traditional teaching method, they are more advanced, but it is bound to make more changes to help students understand the post, grasp the practical skills and adapt to the working process. Combined with the teaching reform of professional qualification training course, the article discusses the specific application of the teaching method with practice orientation in the teaching.
