高职院校顶岗实习制度的研究——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

高职教育的终极目标是理论知识与就业岗位的无缝对接。国家相关部门要求各高职院校根据自身情况开展顶岗实习。近些年来,很多院校在顶岗实习制度上取得了丰硕成果,然而也暴露一些问题。基于此,各高职院积极探讨顶岗实习的制度研究。在此以渤海船舶职业学院为例,阐述该院顶岗实习制度建立的新举措、新方法,具有广泛的推广意义。
