| 摘 要： | 在揭示素质教育的本特征的基础上，阐明了教师应具备什么样的素质才能适应素质教育的要求。素质教育是一种面向未来、面对全体学生、促进学生全面发展及潜能开发的教育。教师只有树立新的教育观，提高“因材施教”、开发学生潜能、指导学生有效学习及进行创新性问题解决等能力，才能满足素质教育的要求。

| Abstract: | On the basis of revealing the essential characteristics of quality oriented education, this paper expounds what kinds of quality teacher should have in order to meet the needs of quality-oriented education. This paper points out quality oriented education is a kind of education future oriented and students centered, promoting students' development in an all round way and exploiting their potentiality. In order to meet the needs quality oriented education, teachers must acquire new educational ideas and improve their ability of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude as well as exploiting students' potentiality and directing students to study effectively and solve the problem creatively. |
