高等职业教育教学质量的控制

摘    要:教学质量控制是教学管理的中心环节,通过有效的教学质量控制,可充分利用有限的教育资源,使之发挥最大的效能。高等职业教育在我国还刚刚起步,其教学质量控制必须在明确办学指导思想和找准学校定位的基础上,以培养目标为出发点,构建动态的教学质量控制体系,明确评价标准,合理把握评价尺度,及时进行信息反馈和教学调整,从而使学校的教育教学工作始终围绕培养目标优质高效地进行。

Abstract:Teaching quality control is the key link of education management.Through the effective teach-ing quality control,limited educational re sources can be made full use of and played the best efficiency.We have just made a start in our higher vocational educaton.On the basis of making guiding thoughts of running schools clear and grasping school's orientation,the construction of teaching quality control system must begin with developing target,make assessment standard clear,reasonabaly grasp assessment criteri-on,carry on feedback and adjustment on time and thus make the teaching work off ectively carry on round the developing target.
