| 摘 要： | PDC钻头给钻井带来了高钻速、高时效，降低了钻井总成本，增加了经济效益，但由于使用PDC钻头钻进时，机械钻速快、岩屑细小、钻时变化不明显，也给地质录井造成了困难。依据现场工作经验，通过分析PDC钻头破碎岩石的特点，探讨了使用PDC钻头对录井工作的影响因素，提出了在PDC钻头条件下提高录井质量、卡准油气层的方法，以期在准确提取地质资料的前提下，加快钻井速度，减少对油气层的污染。

| Abstract: | PDC bit has brought high drilling speed, efficiency, and it reduces drilling cost and increases economic benefits. However, drill- ing by PDC bit made geo- logging difficult due to fast mechanical PLOP, fine cuttings, unobvious variation of drilling time. In this paper, on the basis of field work experience and analysis of PDC bits characteristics, the author sums up Influence facctors of logging while PDC bit, put forward how to improve logging quality while drilling with PDC bit, in order to increase drilling speed and reduce the damage of the formarion at premise of extracting accurate geological data. |
